Phase III, China World Trade Center (CWTC)
    CWTC, a 5A intelligence building blocks, integrates a group of buildings including hotel, apartment, trading, consulting, securities, finance, exhibition, and office buildings etc. Phase I & II (540,000 m 2 ) building blocks including CWTC A & B, China World Hotel, Apartment, Administration Office Building, etc. are the incumbent using buildings. Located on the northern side of Phase I & II, Phase III (540,000 m 2 ) will be constructed respectively as A and B steps.

The CCHP project of CWTC constructed by Energy-Net will offer total cooling & heating load, and partial power load to follow sites: shopping mall (multi-floors), min-cinema, banqueting hall of Phase III CWTC, only except the major tower building. Moreover, the life standard hot water, cooling and power load will be opened to above-mentioned energy center in the future.

Co-invested by Energy-Net and ECO Energy Company Limited (the subsidiary of Hong Kong and China Gas Group ), Phase III CWTC project will adopt two sets of gas turbine (4000 kw) and two sets of double effect exhaust heat absorption chiller (4 million Kcal).

Currently, the feasibility study has already got positive feedback from relevant experts and is in the process of corresponding project application.
