Well utilizing its expertise in management, technologies and market, Energy-net devotes itself into market exploration for decentralized energy (DE) and combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) technologies in China. The firm has already accumulated rich practical experiences thanks to a great amount of project exploration, technical consulting, and construction & operation management etc.

Project Exploration: Energy-Net was involved in a large amount of CCHP projects' exploration with lump sum investment over 2 billion RMB including Control Center Building of BGG, Phase III CWTC, China Development Bank Office Building, ShenZhen GuangMing Technique Park etc. The firm also drew out a series of files for above-mentioned projects ranging from system exploration process, application data list, price principle, energy supply agreement, cooperation agreement etc. Currently, Energy-Net has already finished corresponding study for a series of tailor-made technique & economic evaluation system and operation mode along with Chinese market characteristics.

Engineering, Commissioning, Operation Management: Energy-Net took over technique consultant, engineering and commissioning management for Control Center Building of BGG, Ciqu Pump Station, and ZhongGuanCun Software Park, and is still responsible for corresponding operation management for above-mentioned first two projects. A series of managerial files including load analysis system, equipment sizing principle, engineering management & commissioning regulations have already been successfully worked out.

Technique Consulting: Energy-Net offered not only the consulting report for CCHP industry investment but also the feasibility studies for a great amount of CCHP projects including ShenZhen GuanMing Technique Park, ZhongGuanCun Medical Park, Phase III CWTC, Olympic Games Energy Center etc.
